We would like to introduce measures for foreign matter removal in the calendering (press) processing stage. Surface of the substrate before calendering: ◆ Non-contact web cleaner (simultaneous both sides) 'CyClean' ◆ Non-contact web cleaner (one side) 'CyClean-R' Surface of the calendering roll (press roll): ◆ Brush-type web cleaner 'RoClean-C' Surface of the substrate after calendering: ◆ Brush-type web cleaner 'RoClean-C' Can be used in low dew point environment dry rooms!
